The butcher Schaufler - Located in the beautiful Offenburg at the mouth of the Kinzig Valley - produces and sells specialty from the Black Forest region Ortenau. Michaela Dredge leads as owner for almost a decade, the tradition continues operating with a shop, where for nearly 100 years, meat and meat products are produced and sold.

A specialty is the raw sausages and raw ham, cut the recipes handed down through the Black Forest by hand, salted and spiced. The specialty here is the incense of old methods with real black forests of fir and spruce. This gives the product its distinctive aroma and taste.
